Residential Still Photography:

Information: Our still photography packages include only the highest quality images using top of the line cameras, wide-angle lenses, and lighting accessories. These images will be added into a slideshow format and a link to the slideshow will be emailed to you in addition to the separate still pictures. The slideshow link can be added onto your MLS or any other websites.

To make the scheduling process easier we are also licensed to use a Supra Key. This allows us to be able to get out to the home and do the photo shoot faster if the agent or homeowner cannot be present at the time of scheduling. We have worked with hundreds of agents and homeowners and this is all we do.

Up to 1 1/2 hours of photography that includes the following: Up to 18 professional wide-angle still pictures, professional lighting setup with off camera lights, pictures digitally enhanced to make sure they are at their best quality. Still pictures and a personal web link to your slideshow will be emailed to you. Recommended for average to smaller size homes that do not require much attention to detail or lighting.

Recommended for homes in the middle range bracket where square footage is higher and attention to detail and light is a must.

Recommended for larger luxury homes where only the finest photography techniques and attention to detail is an absolute must.
